Refund and Shipping Policy

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our custom and personalized apparel, we do not offer refunds at this time. In the event that a personalized item does not match the specifications detailed at checkout upon delivery, then we can offer a replacement item.

Shipping Policy:

Our preferred shipping carriers are FedEx and UPS (Monday-Friday).

Our products are primarily shipped via FedEx Express 2day delivery service.

For large orders we will ship via UPS Ground.

Delivery rates and times are calculated based on order weight and location. For your convenience, we provide flat rate shipping services when available.

Handling / Production Time:

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for production time prior to shipping. In some instances, order may ship sooner than two weeks, but it is not guaranteed. Production time fluctuates for custom and personalized orders.

Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received and there may be delays during seasonal rushes; think Founders Day, new memberships, and back-to-school.

Once your order has been received by the shipping carrier, please allow 12-24 hours for transit and tracking information to update.
